DISCOVERY INSURE NOTHING BUT SHOCKING, NOT RECOMMENDED

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DISCOVERY INSURE,SERVICE IS SHOCKING i have been waiting for discovery insure to finalize our vehicle and claim for 3 months now, the vehicle assessment took three weeks and the vehicle was transferred to various dealers for assessments, the towing company would not release the vehicle as discovered had not paid the holding fee hence the delay in assessment, needless to say our rental cover was for 30 days only, three weeks delay by discovery and no compensation, we have been paying for a rental vehicle for the second month now with no support or lack of feedback from the insurer

We have send various mails to the team leader with no response to date now there is a delay in parts and discovery does not cover the rental for delay in parts only repairs,

service is nothing but shocking and we would be cancelling the policy once the vehicle is returned
