Discovery insure not working on some device of the same brand

i recently purchase a new Honor phone X8a , but i was told that my app doesnt work on the device , which is strange because it works on the other models of the same brand , so it doesnt make sense why it wont work on the X8A, discovery doesnt want to help customers they just blame the manufactures for their mistakes .
