Discovery Insure not updating credit bureaus.

Good day,

My Discovery Insure policies lapsed in 2017 and 2016. They were both lapsed as I joined other insurers. They are however still reflecting as open accounts on 3 credit bureaus namely XDS, TransUnion and Experian. The account numbers are ********** 682 and ********** 169.

Why are they still reflecting as open/active when they have been closed so long ago? This is really bad service delivery.
