Discovery Insure Not TCF compliant

Having a third party claim with Discovery Insure has been painstakingly slow and unprofessional to say the least. The legal advisor that is supposed to be handling the case seems to be on holiday (if existent at all).

After numerous attempts of calling & emailing, I've had 1 response, no status updates, and to date never had an actual conversation with the advisor. The legal docs were submitted on 11 May 2022 and thus the claim was supposed to be settled by no later than 30 days... It's been over 2 months already! I know I'm not a Discovery Insure client, but TCF compliance applies to both clients and potential clients. This is shocking "service".
