DISCOVERY INSURE NOT RESPONSIVE TO ANY COMMUNICATION

I have been trying to get through to Discovery Insure for over a week - their phone lines don't go through and they do not respond to emails. It's making me wonder how they deal with claims when we actually need their assistance. Might be time to change to someone better at this point.
