Discovery insure not responding

I would like to bring the following under the intention of Discovery customers In connection with a dispute response from Discovery insure a tv claim: We have to accept that the claim is refused although we are 100% sure that the damage was due to power as the tv worked 100% then there was a power failure that left the house without power for hours and we needed an electrician to replace a breaker and after the power was restored and the tv was turned on it had a blue screen. NO DOUBT THAT THE POWER ISSUE CAUSED THE BLUE SCREEN. Why the usual as Discovery explain did not happen and there was not more damage we can't explain, but according to tv technicians the blue can occur due to power surge and there is no doubt there was a power surge.

BUT THE PERSON THEY USE FOR ASSESMENT MR FRANK SHEPPARD IS DISHONEST AND DISCOVERY REFUSE TO ANSWER ON THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AS DISCOVERY IGNORES THE FACT THAT WE CAN PROOF FRANK SHEPPARD IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH: 1. • Upon arrival, the unit displayed limited functionality. (statement he made) HE CLAIMS THAT UPON ARRIVAL THE UNITED DISPLAYED LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY. WILL MR Sheppard PLEASE EXPLAIN TO US HOW SOMETHING DISPLAYS LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY WHEN IT IS POWERED OF AND ON A COACH. CLEARLY DISCOVERY DON’T MIND BEING ASSOCIATED WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED IN THE CCTV FOOTAGE THAT PROOFS HE IS LYING. 2. • Upon powering on the unit, I observed a blue screen, indicating a fault with the display. Although the audio function was still operational, the blue screen confirmed a backlight failure, which is the primary cause of the unit's malfunction. (statement he made) OUR SECOND QUESTION TO MR SHEPPARD IS HOW DID HE POWER ON A UNIT WHEN HE DID NOT EVEN HAD A NEARBY PLUG TO PLUG IT IN TO???HOW DID HE CHECK THE AUDIO FUNCTION AS IT ACTUALLY DO NEED POWER TO CHECK AUDIO????HOW DID HE CONFIRM BACKLIGHT FAILURE FROM A DEAD TV STANDING ON A COACH????? AGAIN IF DISCOVERY WAS INTRESTED IN BEING A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY THEY WOULD BE INTRESTED IN SEEING THE CCTV FOOTAGE AND WOULD NEVER AGAIN ASSOCIATE THEM WITH A PERSON THAT SHOULD ACCESS CLAIMS THAT IS CLEARLY NOT HONEST AND HAVE NO INTEGRETY.

Currently the feedback from discovery insure is just that they stand by their decision. They don’t even look at the facts that they make a decision based on lies that someone fed them. They ignore the customers questions about the fact that Mr Sheppard is making up things and expect the customer then to accept the refusal of the claim and to trust that discovery made a honest decision. The refusal of the claim would be accepted very easily if the assessment made by Mr Frank Sheppard was not loaded with lies, as we are not tv technicians. But we have two technicians that claims it is possible to happen due to power surge and one person that makes the one false statement after the other and we should just accept the dishonest persons opinion.

Fact is usual does not mean always, usually when people are in a head on collision they die but sometimes they survive. So usually there is more damage BUT IS THERE ALWAYS WITHOUT A DOUBT MORE DAMAGE???
