Discovery Insure Not Registering Sensor *** -WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#-

I have been trying for days to get a resolution from Discovery Insure and received incorrect advice on a sensor that doesn't connect to my wifes phone. She is effectively driving at risk as a result.

The issue with the sensor was referred to Tiger Wheel and Tyre who indicated to us there is nothing wrong with the sensor. Yet it still doesn't work. Below is the reference number of the issue.

Why can Discovery Insure not work with their third parties Like Tygre Wheel and Tyre to do a fault analysis? The customer is left running around trying to solve your systems issues.
