Discovery Insure not Paying Fuel Rewards on all Qualifying Transactions for over 1 Year

Discovery Insure is short paying on Fuel Rewards as they are not adding in every qualifying fuel transaction from qualifying fuel stations into the fuel rewards calculations. I have been experiencing this issue with Discovery Insure for over a year now. Every single month I have to manually scan and send my fuel transaction slips and send them to Discovery to try and get it rectified. It is a huge time expense and the length of time I have to spend each month on the phone trying to resolve this with Discovery Insure is draining. I have had this matter escalated several times over the past year but yet broken promise after broken promise it has not been resolved.

Since January we have been trying to get Lyndal at Discovery Insure to rectify this problem - he has proved to be unreliable in resolving this issue.

Discovery Insure - Do you actually CARE about your customers as I have raised this particular problem with your call centre over and over for over a year and no-one seems to care enough to get it fixed, but you happily keep collecting my fees on time every month without fail.
