Discovery Insure not paying for components after accident

Was involved in an accident on the 2nd of August this year, the vehicle was collected from my premises on the 3rd August, after inquiring on the state of the repairs the, the panel beaters informed me that Discovery will not replace the front part of the bumper, this is seen as a nudge bar, and was not specified as an accessory when the vehicle was insured. This specific vehicle was purchased with this specific in 2006, I bought this vehicle from Nissan Menlyn, and never ever was this specified as an accessory, I even attached purchase/ loan agreement, this is not a aftermarket accessory and was factory fitted. The vehicle was inspected by Discovery and a tracking device was fitted, at the initiation of the policy, Discovery did not at any stage mention that this component had to be specified as an accessory, it is very clear from the photos that this component is nearly molded into the front bumper. This vehicle is also fitted with side steps and a tow bar, none of these were highlighted as accessories. This vehicle was insured with 3 other insurance companies, and has been involved in an previous frontal accident while insured with DialDirect and this was never an issue, and this component was never expected to be specified on the policy as an accessory. I have requested the original transcripts and inspection reports for the vehicle, and transcripts from the original call, also an official response letter, not getting any response from Discovery. Due to the delay in the process the panel beater did not start the repair on the vehicle, and I had to return my rental because Discovery did not extend the rental agreement I had to return the rental vehicle before my vehicle has been repaired, it is still in the panel beaters.
