Discovery Insure not honoring their commitment - fuel rewards not paid out.
I've always received exceptional service from Discovery Insure up until the cancellation of my policy and attempted withdrawal of the IFA funds. Discovery told me that I had to wait until 20 Nov before I could withdraw the funds, but when enquiring about it now I am told that I have forfeited the funds. I am not winning with the consultants hiding behind a standard response. The money is owed to me must be resolved.

Our records indicate that your policy has been cancelled effective 30/09/2022 upon instruction from your broker.
We refer you to the terms of your contract on which the policy is borne:
Section 3.6 of the plan guide
You may cancel your plan at any time. You will not be covered after the cancellation date. You will forfeit any Vitality Drive rewards that may have been earned but not paid during the period before your cancellation. We will collect any outstanding premiums that may be due before we cancel your plan.
We do note that feedback on this matter has been communicated to yourself. Should you require further clarity on this, we recommend that you reach out to your broker.

25 Nov 2022, 11:40Thank you for responding. Can you please get in touch with me on the email address you have on record? I have written confirmation from Discovery dated 5 Aug 22 that the IFA funds can only be withdrawn on 20 Nov 22.
