Discovery Insure not helpful

Logged a claim to have my ceiling fixed on 20th September after the winds in Rustenburg. To date Discovery Insure is giving me different stories everyday. My broker Salathise Msindwana hasn’t helped and the Discovery Consultant Tshepo Kekane is busy sending assessors that keep cancelling.

As for the Discovery app well that’s a story for another day. I keep following up everytime. The last assessor said he’s follow up with Discovery and to date nothing has been done to speed up.
