DISCOVERY INSURE NOT GIVING ME ASSURANCE

I have all my items,household & 3 vehicles insured by Discovery Insure.The premiums are paid timeously and Discovery Insure has responded to all the claims accordingly and professionally except for the one claim.This is for a BAIC Beijing X55 which was insured since it was purchased in September 2023.

The Beijing X55 got involved in an accident on the 23/02/2024 & was towed to the Flora Auto Clinic.Several phone calls to the panel beaters yielded nothing up to the point where the car was finally fixed & taken to Ford Menylyn in Pretoria,

Five (5) months since the vehicle has been with the panel beaters and several requests,phone calls & pleas to Discovery Insure to intervene in this matter,they have not indicated any interest to assist (us) as their client and this is so frustratingly disturbing as funds for the bank and premiums for the Insurance Company(Discovery Insure)have to be paid on time without fail on a monthly basis without fail.
