Discovery Insure not cancellation my policy

Can you please urgently assist

Requested a cancellation of my car insurance due to financial reasons and signed up with another insure which was more affordable in July 2024 recieved reference and agent on the phone advised me that the plan has been canceled ref *** but still being debited i have been debited for 2 car insurance plans and had to contact the other provider to cancel as I couldn't afford it again in January 2025 I signed up with another insurance and they assisted with sending you guys a cancellation form and advised that the service should be canceled on the 28th Feb 2025 but today I have recieved another debit order recieved a response from the retrenchment team but no feedback reference provided were #***# and #***#

Please assist as I would need the refunded amount and the service to be canceled on 1st March 2025
