DISCOVERY INSURE NOT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER.

My car was written off on 4 November 2019 and my experience with Discovery was extremely undesirable. My case was assigned to Ushen Ajhoda who was very unprofessional in that there was not communication from his side whatsoever, my emails to him remained unanswered for days and he would take forever to return my calls to give me an update regarding my claim. Discovery conducted a series of investigations and also asked for a copy of my banking statement to verify that I did not purchase any alcohol prior to my accident happening. This is all in spite of the fact that I gave them details of the other driver who was at fault. The payout was only made on Friday, 13 December, a day before a long weekend. It is now 19 December 2019 and I am still without a vehicle as my proof of receipt of Payment from Westbank is still outstanding, meaning I cannot take delivery of my new vehicle until 23 December, almost two months since the accident happened. Thanks to Discovery Insure in dragging their feet in resolving this matter!!!
