Discovery Insure Non-responsive!

Does Discovery Insure ever respond to complaints?? I have written to them several times without receiving the courtesy of a response! What I received initially was an automated response with the a Reference Number. Weeks later -That's it! Period! Nothing further! No attempt to communicate despite the Ref No. and promise of a 'dedicated agent' looking into the matter. I'm not holding my breath.
