Discovery Insure - non existent service
Having my first claim experience with Discovery and its turning out to be, well ... absolute ignorance. Despite taking the vehicle for assessment as per their request and specified service provider, they have just disappeared off the face of the earth! With a zero claims history with them, this sort of first impression certainly have me shopping around for alternatives.
