Discovery Insure - Non Existent Customer Service

It's been over 5 months after logging a claim to get a leaking pipe repaired. To date the work has not been completed to say the least and discovery has done nothing to resolve the completion of repairs for claim no *** with the the subcontractor Sasalethu Consulting And Associates.

We have been in contact for the past couple of months with agents, quality control managers the works. Needless to say we still have not received any feedback on the matter from Discovery Insure. We are also considering taking the matter to the Ombudsman as the matter is not being resolved.
