Discovery insure no show at car breakdown

My wifes car broke down on the N1 middle lane causing a huge car pileup in peak traffic in the rain this morning, she barely reached the side of the road. I contacted the Discovery insure call center *** option 3, i explained my problem and the operator asked for my wifes cell number, that i gladly provided as they do have her number as part of my policy.
