Discovery Insure - no payback on Diamond Status for two months yet Discovery deny this

I haven't received my Discovery Miles for two months and despite calling and getting transferred from department to department I still have no answers. This is the only place I know (hellopeter) that gets the company to listen and respond. I am very disappointed and would like a proper consultant to call me back and actually solve my problem. This is worth more than R1000 to me - so it's important. I spoke to a person called Roche. She is supposed to call me back but indicated that she didn't care one way or another. Is this really how Discovery treat their customers? Am very frustrated.
