Discovery Insure No follow up service

I am currently with Discovery Insure. I had an accident earlier this week when someone reversed their car into mine. I logged a claim on the app which proceeded to inform me that my claim would be handled by Zezethu Mlotha. This person did not follow up on email or calls! Completely unprofessional so I sent him or her an email detailing the accident and explaining that I have all the information regarding the person who knocked me. I have waited now for over a day and no response. No one has called at all. This is utterly useless treatment from Discovery whom I have a medical aid with as well.
