Ive just been on the phone for more than half an hour to no avail, "one of our skilled consultants will be with you shortly" is a joke! , This is all in order to get questions answered after numerous emails to Jairus who sold me the policy. He was excellent and attntive selling the policy but tardy in answering my questions or emails.
