Discovery Insure Nightmare Service!!!!

I submitted a claim over a month ago,to date I dont have my car back from he Panelbeater’s.My car rental ended on Tuesday,I have been calling and emailing Discovery to extend my car rental, unfortunately there is no response from their side.I definitely will be cancelling my car insurance,house content insurance,credit card and medical aid services with them.As for their consultant Nombulelo Hegeni, she is the most unprofessional person I have come across.
