Discovery Insure - Never take a premium with them

I have filed for a claim in July 2021 and it was approved. My car was booked for repairs at Bens Panel beaters and I was unhappy with the quality of the work done. I later discovered that the panel beaters are not Mercedes Benz approved auto body repairers, my car has lost value because of your incompetence and my warranty contract is in a process of being terminated. I requested for my car to be repaired to a satisfactory standard at a Mercedes Benz accredited panel beaters and till this date (22 oct 2021) I am still waiting. I have been going back and forth with your claims department for the past two months with no assistance.
