Dear Lizette

We are concerns by your comments and we'd like to clarify.

Proof of previous insurance is strictly standard protocol for all claims, this is not meant to delay or upset you. We apologize if that's the impression created by this request.

Regards

Thabani

It was made clear by Sne that this is the latest cause in delay. There has been delays from the word go.... staff on sickleave, staff attending family crisis etc. The staff dealing with the claim and the respective supervisor do get back to me as agreed and committed. Please review the numerous phone calls which I have made over the last two weeks. If did not call three days later to query why there is a delay in the assessor visit... I would probably still be waiting for the assessor.

Thank you Carel Nortje for the assistance and feedback. You are indeed an asset to Discovery Insure. It it just a pity that the rest of the staff who I have interacted with does not share the same passion for their work and excellent customer service. Claim not yet authorised. Call centre further delaying. Sne does not feedback to me as agreed. Today is day 17 post accident......
