<p>I had the unfortunate expierance of having an accident with the same vehicle a week apart on the exact same side of the vehicle. I had initially submit my first claim online and the vehicle was driveable. The following week I was involved in another accident and the damage was on the same side as the previous damaged. Upon informing Discovery I had to submitted another claim with an another access payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kagiso Shabangu's was assigned to the second claim and after she had spoken to the accessor she informed me that the first claim would be closed and all will be handled on the second claim. Also she informed me that the access will be refunded too. This was excellent news for 2017 as my 2016 did not end to well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kagiso Shabangu handled my claims with a personal professionalism touch.
