Discovery Insure more like ****mers than insurers

Discovery Insure refused to replace my phone because it has been discontinued and it would be too much for them to replace it with the next available model. Instead I need to fork out additional fees to replace my phone. What's the point of having insurance if they won't insure that I am in the same position as I was before the incident? They seems more like ****mers than an insurance company who value my business.
