Discovery Insure Mechanical Warranty

I lodged a vehicle mechanical warranty claim in May 2022. It took ages for the claim to be finalised. It was eventually rejected on 19th July, with an appeals process. I duly submitted my appeal with supporting facts, and i still havent had the decency of a response from Discovery. I even elevated the issue to senior managemnt, with still no response 5 months later
