Discovery insure. Meaningless email

I received an entirely meaningless email from Crystal Poole.

I was told my premium had to be settled by 15 January by my broker. This email says I am-in gap in cover? I do not have a clue what this means? I asked her to call me? Nothing.

My broker went on Leave in mid conversation without delivering the requested invoice with my vat no Help please I’m going to pay today Discovery is a shambles
