Discovery Insure manages to disappoint again

Once again within six months Discovery Insure manages to disappoint. I had a claim processed for my car. They did not book the hired car as per the policy- I needed to shlep across town to organise a car, late. When they authorised the repairs they did not add the mirror of my car which the repairer noticed, queried and got sorted. I had sent an email that was ignored. They did not add a handle which I sent an email about and it was ignored. -Nothing, zero, nada.
