Discovery Insure - man, you guys are great!

<p>My car was broken into (door lock broken) and my lunchbag was ****** with all my house keys inside.<br /><br />I submitted a claim to Discovery Insure, they informed me that they would pay to have my home locks and car door lock replaced, up to a limited amount.<br /><br />Unfortunately, the car's entire lock set had to be replaced and recoded for the central locking system, and the quoted amount for this was more than my limit amount confirmed to me.<br /><br />I phoned again, spoke to Nabilah Dawood, and realising that this was actually damage to the car itself, she checked, came back to me and confirmed that they would indeed pay the full amount since it could be covered under the comprehensive benefit of my policy.<br /><br />Since joining Discovery Insure, receiving good cash back amounts every month for driving well, I have had only the best experience with this insurer. Knowing I can get cash back for driving well has really made me much more mindful of improving my driving behaviour.<br /><br />And with the service I received from Nabilah regarding my claim, I will definitely recommend Discovery Insure to everyone. They really are the best!<br /><br />Unfortunately, crime happens and it's really bad. However, being put in the same position that you were before being affected by the crime through decent insurance cover helps to restore some sense of protection.
