Discovery Insure Makes false promises

I have been havin issues with Discovery Insure Since January this year. They keep making false promises to fox my issue and refund me. I am still waiting to date for a refund from 28 June which was meant to take 3-5 working days. And this refund is from April 2024. I message them and receive no feedback. My trust in decreasing very quickly. They keep making a glitch in their system an issue. They should work in fixing it. Customers are waiting for refunds due to their system issues.
