Discovery Insure Lost a Car- Knows nothing about it

Well, here we are, reviewing one of the biggest conglomerates in South Africa. After having swallowed up most insurance companies Discovery has done well when it comes to marketing their products and services but show little compassion for their clients once the ink on the contract has dried. Let me provide you with 3 beautiful reasons why my family and I will be subsequently be cancelling our car, home, medical insurance with Discovery. 1. Following a car accident that involved my dad, Discovery lost his car at the panel beaters, Yes, lost his car no one, not even the manager can tell us where it is. After numerous calls, emails and smses to Discovery we've come up with a blank, (Ps Car is still lost) 2. They refuse to extend the rental car contract out of courtesy for losing the car no, we had to go hire a new car while we wait for Discovery to get their act together and finally 3. After being carless, with a lost car and no comms from Discovery they insist on acting like they know nothing about the claim. So, tell me Discovery, was losing a car, leaving a man destitute without a car and no comms was it worth the **** storm of legal action coming your way after this?
