Discovery Insure lies to third parties

A lady insured with Discovery skipped a red robot & drove into my car yesterday. As we were at the scene Discovery called the lady & spoke to her,the same man spoke to me. On behalf of Discovery & their client, he advised that i let my car be towed to First Help, with their clients car so the cars can be assessed together and repaired as it was their client's fault. He assured me that costs related to this would be on their account. He also stated that Discovery would offer me a courtesy car (I questioned the costs for this & again he advised that because it's their client's fault, Discovery would pay). He took my address and advised the courtesy car will be delivered and even arranged with the towin company to take me home. To my surprise today I called Discovery to enquire about the car and I am told they don't offer courtesy cars for a third party. I was put through to legal and I explained that I don't remember the name of the person I spoke to but they should be able to see it on their client's profile as we spoke to the same person.I gave the details of the lady who drove into me and the accident details were logged on the system however I can't be given the name of this person. After arguing with Noveshiree Chineemestry she advised that she would get someone to call me. 4 hours later,no call received. I call back and speak to Gretchen from legal, who could only advise me that Noveshiree left a comment on the system saying she spoke to the claims advisor, completing missing the point that the commitment made was that someone who could help would call me. I have requested the recording of the calls made yesterday as it is evident that I am being taken for a ride. I am left with no car,my car sitting at an assessment center only because Discovery advised that in order for it to be repaired it must go to the same center as their client's car. Not even 24 hours and the stories have changed.
