Discovery Insure Legal claim ***

I was in a third party car accident on the 4th September 2019, with a client of Discovery Insure, at first the Legal department was very helpful in getting their client to register the claim ***. However since last monday when the assessor came out, I have sent emails tried to phone the assigned consultant with no success. Discovery on Facebook promised I will get feedback by yesterday... still nothing. I was not at fault for the accident, why should I have to beg to get my car fixed?
