Discovery Insure Laughable

I have a man helping me, Peter Rankhathali, with my claim. This man has only contacted me when I have requested so, I've spent a day phoning discovery to try and get him on the line just for him to give me attitude. The next day he ignored me completely. He has only given me information once I've requested it and I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what he is doing. I have requested his managers contact details many times over and he just ignores me. This is been the most disappointing service I've received from a company in all my life and its regarding something of extremely high value. I don't feel like a valued customer and I'm about ready to turn my back on discovery.
