Discovery Insure keeps on taking Insurance Premium on a written off vehicle, have tried multiple times to cancel and request to be reimbursed but noone gets back to me.

My car was involved in an accident and was written off mid July 2022. I cancelled the insurance as the vehicle was non existant any more. Discovery Insure continued to debit off a premium off my bank account for this vehicle that no longer exists. I emailed them multiple times to get this resolved by sending confirmation of the insurance cancellation and reimbursing me the "premium " they're taking for a car that no longer exists in no vain. They ignore the mails I send to them !!! It's been 2 months emailing them and no response in regards to this. I'm frustrated , the bank said I should get them to cancel on their side which I tried with no luck.
