Discovery Insure just doesnt care!

Claim logged 27 March, yet more than a month later I have still not received the go ahead for the diagnostic check a the dealership. I follow-up on a daily basis without any one getting back to me, last week the assessor phoned me to advise he would go out and again no feedback, even after I phoned back 3 times and left 3 messages. This is the worst service any insurer could give and I am discussed - I have always been a pro Discovery person, defending them to anyone who had bad things to say, unfortunately Discovery Insure ruined my feeling towards them and I will be moving my medical aid, life insurance, car insurance and banking away from them after this horrid experience!
