Discovery Insure/ ITU assist not paying service providers.

Discovery Insure makes use of ITU Assist as their service provider to interact with plumbers to attend to the plumbing claims for their clients.

We have completed plumbing work and have received no payment at all. We logged queries with ITU assist who do not reply to us. We logged a query with Discovery Insure and they said that we need to deal with ITU Assist.

The problem is that Discovery is ultimately responsible as they have appointed ITU assist as their service provider. The customer that we have done work for confirmed that the claims were concluded. The question is, who is sitting with our money Discovery or ITU Assist. Hope this complaint is taken seriously.
