Discovery Insure is worst ever insurer

I would love to give a negative stars but sadly not an option here. Discovery Insure sent a contractor to replace geyser (5 days later - which problem number 1) that contractor didnt install correctly and caused further damage to my property which i had to report as further claims (twice thereafter) to get them to assign someone to come and repair damages (They are Discovery Insure assigned contractors not mine) Due to the claims as a result of their *********** contractors they increased my premium by 20% without notification. I requested the claims be withdrawn as this effects my claim history and not my issue - it was their fault. This is 3 months later and still fighting with them They say a consultant will call you back in 24 hours - its been 3 months

Please stay aware from Discovery Insure - they take money and cause more damage than anything
