Discovery Insure is useless

I am so disguted with Discovery Insure. One of their clients damaged my vechile, she submitted the claim and told me it is out of her hands. I fixed my vechile with my family's holiday money, but the refund from Discovery Insure can take up to a month. So I had to cancel our accomodation in Mosselbay that we paid in January already, because I had to use our holiday money. I must try and explain that to my three boys that we are not going on holiday anymore, thanks to Discovery Insure.
