Discovery Insure is useless..

I submitted a claim on Friday evening re a plumbing issue, which I believe is covered by my insurance for an 1 hour call out fee. The email I received was for it to be attended to in 24hrs, it’s been 4 days and not only was the assessor changed but the one on board now Martha Nyamazana doesn’t even bother to return mails for the past two days. If they aren’t paying for it, I should be informed and reason explained to me( Claim no ***) instead of this dead silence. This is after 6 months after my laptop was ******, they didn’t bother to find the case with the police, saying the number is engaged and I should do it. What is the point to all this? I have my car insured with them and they are giving me the run around for such small matters wondering how they will behave when they God forbid have to replace my car. I am so fed up, shopping around. This is ****** rude!
