Discovery Insure is *************, Unprincipled and Unreliable

Vitality Drive Changes and Discovery Insure are a ****. Discovery Insure has no regard for Customers, no respect for it's Customers at all! However, when I noticed my points for November 2024 were not reflecting as I expected, I called into the Call Centre to inquire. I spoke to a Manager who informed me that the go live for these changes were scheduled for 1 December 2024 but Discovery started taking premiums from Customers in October 2024. This is extremely dishonest and *************, unprincipled and misleading behaviour. I am cancelling my insurance very soon! They did the same thing when they launched Vitality Drive 3.0 where they points were not reflecting and we were not able to follow our accumulated monthly cashbacks.
