Discovery insure is totally useless
So you said we must issue you with claim numbers etc... So the dumb ass on the other side of the line said she can't provide us with the information due to the ****y Act... She must speak to the client themselves... So what if the client can't talk and paralised. So do your own dam dirty work as now I'm going to report you to the ombudsman as you ppl are useless
