DISCOVERY INSURE IS THE WORST INSURANCE.

I have never been so disappointed by an insurance company like Discovery insure. My vehicle was ****** on the 09th of April 2022 to date I have not received any communication from discovery insure on the progress of my claim. I HAVE DONE MY OWN FOLLOW UPS WITH POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RELEASE MY VEHICLE AND YET THIS WAS MEANT TO BE DONE BY DISCOVERY. I HAVE SENT THEM COUNTLESS EMAILS AND I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE, EVEN AN EMAIL TO THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT WAS NOT RESPONDED TO DESPITE BEING ASSURED A 24 HR TURN AROUND TIME. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT/HOW THEY THINK I AM TRAVELING TO WORK. I have spent Rands on airtime and they lie saying they will call you back but never do. How pathetic
