Discovery Insure is the worst

My neighbour (who is a Discovery Insure client) drove into my a car in July. He was kind enough to admit fault and to refer me to Discovery Insurance to claim for the damages. I provided all the necessary documents, and thought it would go seamlessly. NO!!!. Till this day, I am still waiting for my claim to be finalised.

I Have sent multiple follow up emails and the specialist handling my case is not responding to my emails) HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. What a horrible experience!!!
