Discovery Insure is the WORSE Insurance Company - DO NOT BE MISLED - Read this!

I have never received such preposterous service in my life as I did with Discovery Insure. I regret ever signing up and it was indeed the biggest mistake of my life. The services from the various divisions (health, vitality, life, etc) differs tremendously. In the 15+ years I have been with Discovery Health, I have always received superior outstanding services and I was under the impression that Insure would be the same. I was indeed misunderstood! What a HUGE disappointment! This Policy is merely ONE month old and to receive this inferior service so soon into the policy speaks volume about the organisation. I called in on the 17th September 2019 to request for the tracking device to be installed on 2 vehicles. The consultant that took the call said there was a problem with the one email address that was not unique of which I have fixed. She then mentioned a few minutes later there was still a system issue and she is escalating it to the systems department. I expressed the urgency of this tracker and requested she called me back with feedback before COB that day and she guaranteed she would. Two days passed and I heard nothing from her or anyone else. I called in again and spoke to another consultant who mentioned that the query is still open. Once again I requested feedback before COB that day from her, and I also conveyed my frustrations to her about the previous consultant not providing feedback as assured. So it’s been 7 days and I have not heard back from Discovery Insure. Apparently, requesting for a Tracking Device is NOT an important request and the Client’s requirements mean absolutely nothing. The additional premiums for this devise also does not matter to the company’s financial status. In all my years of dealing with Insurance companies, I have never had to wait for something so vital, let alone for feedback. Also, what kind of huge system issue is hindering this request? I find that a feeble excuse and have no idea for the life of me how it cannot be resolved! Extremely *********** staff with unquestionably no customer service s****s! I shudder to think what service I would get when I need to submit a claim. It is tremendously frightening and alarming to think about it. Policy Number: ***
