I always say, a company is as good as it is when you need them. Unfortunately with Insurance companies you would normally have a bad experience when it is time to claim for damages. BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the professional way the assessor dealt with our case. He came out, assess the damages and explained in detail why they would pay for certain damages and not pay for others. But I must say most of our claim was covered. The assessor, Marthinus Louw, communicated with me regarding all aspects of the claim and payment was finalized in 2 days! We are extremely impressed with the entire process followed by the assessor.
