Discovery Insure is the pits!

I have experienced terrible service on my last 2 claims from Discovery Insure and I think that this is appalling given the amount of money we pay every month to them. Firstly, our vehicle was towed with the assistance of Discovery insure after a taxi driver took out our front bumper. Vehicle towed to Auction Nation's premises in Centurion. Ended up being repaired at Eljoney Executive Auto Body Repairs. Front bumper repaired, no complaints however we reported when picking up the vehicle that the battery & spare wheel had been swopped around. The sparewheel's tread is finished and it is larger than my wheel hub, basically does not work. The battery we received was older than the one we sent the vehicle with. The people at Eljoney told us we'd have to take it up with Auction nation as they did not change anything before the vehicle arrived. We informed Discovery Insure as our insurer and people that took the vehicle there but nothing was done to assist us with our query. It has been 2 years now driving without a spare wheen in my vehicle because that one we were given does not fit nor have tread (looks like a tomato skin)!
