Discovery Insure is the absolute worst

Worst service ever! Been waiting for a callback after numerous messages and emails sent to the person working on my claim and I am still waiting... In 2 days it'll be a week and no communication has been made, I have left messages with other people that I was able to speak to, I have sent about 5 emails requesting a call back with a number to call me back on, as my phone was ****** and I am still waiting
