I had the best service from Senkhane Seale from Discovery Insure after my son was ****** and his new Samsung S10S 128G was ******. I was really stressed about this claim as I had no documentation for the phone as I had received it as a gift and had then given it to my son. Because of the value of the phone I decided to insure it. Senkhane worked tirelessly with me as also during the claim process I was on international travel and communication was delayed but he remained patient and consistent in his attempts to resolve the claim. I was further fustrated about the service from the SAPS who kept sending me to different police stations and also didn't want to register a ******** case but Senkhane kept me calm as I vented my frustrations to him. He even called once I arrived back in the country to check on me and to inform me that my claim had been approved.
